We plan delivery and setup around the access agreed with your venue, then collect the equipment at the agreed time. Tell us the London postcode, event date, guest numbers, room size, stairs or lift access, loading arrangements and event finish time. Extra charges may apply for difficult access, parking, congestion or other vehicle charges, and late-night collection; any additions will be confirmed in your quote before booking.

How much space and ceiling height do I need?
Each truss plinth is 2m high before the moving-head fixture is added. The room needs sufficient ceiling clearance and floor space for the booth, four plinths, two speaker stands and safe access. We will confirm the layout with your venue.
